高校教代会代表素质提升之我见

摘　　要：高校教代会代表队伍建设是教代会制度建设的关键,教代会代表作为学校和教职工的桥梁,肩负着行使民主管理和民主监督权利、维护教职工合法权益的职责,应具备民主、法律、全局、责任四种意识。高校工会组织应通过规范选举工作、明确代表工作职责,加大培训力度、积极组织代表履职,做好提案征集、提高提案质量和满意度,建立代表考核评价标准、完善激励机制等四个有效途径,提升教代会代表素质。The teamwork building of colle congress institution, which acts as the bridge linking ge sch teachers congress is the crucial job of the college teachers ools and faculties and undertakes the responsibility of democratic management and supervision, maintain the legal rights of faculties and should possess the awareness of democracy, law, comprehensive perspective and responsibility. In addition, the college teachers＇ congress should regulate the election and clear responsibilities, strengthen training, positively trigger the passion of organizers. What＇ s more, it should also collect plans and improve the quality of plans and satisfaction, establish evaluation standard and perfect the incentive system to improve their qualifies
