职工权利与报纸报道:现状与问题——基于731篇新闻报道的实证分析

摘　　要：职工权利的维护是劳动关系中的重要课题。媒体作为公共平台,理所应当为职工鼓与呼。通过抽取与职工有关的731篇报纸报道作品,内容分析后显示:2007年以来,报纸对职工报道的力量加大;2003年成为分水岭,"劳资纠纷/职工维权/事故工伤"和"职工福利待遇/工资"两个主题相关的报道数量与比例明显增加;职工权益的侵害方主要是企事业单位。虽然不同类型报纸在报道职工权利时,采取的议程模式不一样,但总体来说,报纸都承担了反映现实状况的使命,从不同程度上成为职工权利维护的公共平台。rights protection of employees is an important topic of labor relation. Media, as a public platform, should encourage employees and support them to fight for their rights. Based one electing 731 news reports we have an analysis showing in the following： since 2007, the power of newspaper is increasing： 2003, as a diving ridge, the reports concerning labor dispute/rights protection/injuries and welfare/salaries have obviously increased; and enterprises are the main bodies abusing the rights of employees. Even though in different reports, they adopted different agenda modes, they generally undertake the mission of reflecting the reality and to some extent, and have become the platforms for employees to protect their rights.
