摘　　要：目的 :探讨介入放射技术在瘘管窦道造影中的应用价值。方法 :将传统造影法所做的55例瘘管窦道造影与介入放射法所做的51例瘘管窦道造影的对比剂外溢发生率、病变全程显示率、辐射剂量进行对比分析。结果:介入放射法组对比剂外溢率、辐射剂量明显低于传统造影法组,瘘管窦道全程显示率明显高于传统造影法组。结论:介入放射法进行瘘管和窦道造影比传统造影方法无论从操作、病变显示及医患双方的辐射防护等方面都具有明显优势,完全可以进行技术替代。Objective：To explore the value of interventional radiology in fistula sinus radiography. Methods：the contrast agent spillover rate,the detection rate of whole lesion and the radiation dose were compared between 51 cases of fistula sinus radiography with traditional angiography and 55 cases with interventional radiography. Results：Contrast overflow rate and radiation dose of interventional radiology（group B） were significantly lower than that of the traditional method（group A）,and the demonstration rate of the whole fistula antrum in group B was significantly higher than that of group A. Conclusions：Interventional radiology has obvious advantages in many aspects than conventional fistula sinus angiography,including operation method,lesions demonstration and radiation protection of both doctors and patients,and can be a technical alternative.
