摘 要:采用10种常用的杀菌剂和正常沼气发酵的青蒿沼液对云南红豆杉叶斑病病原菌进行抑制对比实验.实验结果表明,70%甲基硫菌灵500倍液、青蒿沼液、75%百菌清500倍液、40%菌核净600倍液、50%福美双500倍液、杀毒矾500倍液、69%烯酰-锰锌500倍液、72%霜脲-锰锌500倍液、58%甲霜灵-锰锌200倍液、60%多菌灵1500倍液、15%多抗霉素600倍液的平均抑制效果依次为77.27%、75.80%、75.67%、71.12%、69.52%、69.47%、69.00%、67.62%、59.5%、19.82%和17.17%,差异达到极显著水平,其中青蒿沼液有着良好的抑制效果,其平均抑菌率仅次于70%甲基硫菌灵.Inhibition experiments used Artemisia carvifolia bio-slurry and 10 different pesticides.In order to control the leaf spot disease of Taxus yunnanensis more effectively.The results showed that the relative inhibition rates was 77.27% for 70% thiophanate methyl WP at a dilution of 500,and that 75.80% for Artemisia carvifoliabio-slurry,75.67% for chlorothalonil WP at a dilution of 500,71.12% for 40% dimethachlon WP at a dilution of 600,69.52% for 50% thiram WP at a dilution of 500,69.47% for oxadixyl WP at a dilution of 500,69.00% for 69% dimethomoph mancozeb WP at a dilution of 500,67.62% for 72% cymoxanil mancozeb WP at a dilution of 250,59.5% for 58% metalaxyl mancozeb WP at a dilution of 200、19.82% for 60%carbendazim WP at a dilution of 1500、17.17% for 15% polyoxin WP at a dilution of 600.The inhibitive effects were significant differences among the biogas fertilizer and chemicals.Artemisia carvifolia bio-slurry has great inhibition effect.Its relative inhibition was second only to thiophanate methyl.
