福州自贸区建设背景下金融人才的培养模式——以福建农林大学东方学院为例

摘　　要：随着福州自贸区建设的不断深入,自贸区内金融业迅速发展,金融市场人才需求结构也产生了极大变化,人才结构性矛盾日益凸显。该文基于福州自贸区建设的大背景,以福建农林大学东方学院为研究对象,分析自贸区建设对福州金融的影响及自贸区建设背景下金融人才的市场需求现状,结合东方学院金融专业人才培养的实际,探讨东方学院金融专业应用型人才培养模式,以期培养出适应自贸区建设所需要的高素质应用型金融人才。With the deepening of the construction of Fuzhou Free Trade Zone, the financial industry in FTZ has devel- oped rapidly, and the demand structure for talents in financial market has also changed greatly, making the structural contradiction of talents become increasingly prominent. Based on the background of the construction of Fuzhou Free Trade Zone, by taking Dongfang College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as the research object, the influence of FTZ construction on Fuzhou＇s finance and the market demand status of financial talents under the background of FTZ construction were analyzed. Meanwhile, considering the practical situation of financial talents training in Dongfang College, the training modes for applied financial talents in Dongfang College were explored so as to cultivate high-quality applied financial talents to meet the needs of FTZ construction.
