摘  要:针对某LNG接收站天然气外输管线系统,应用HYSYS Dynamic流程模拟软件,建立了天然气管线放空系统的动态模型,通过模型计算得出紧急泄压所需孔板的喉径面积,并基于此模型研究了放空过程中系统压力、温度、流量等参数随时间的动态响应过程。结果表明,建立的动态模型可仿真模拟天然气管线的实际放空过程,较为准确地离线计算出天然气管线放空过程介质的最低温度和最大流量等参数,指导工程设计中放空系统孔板喉径面积和管线材质的选取。A dynamic blowdown model of natural gas venting system were developed using the process simulation software HYSYS Dynamic based on the natural gas pipeline ot a real specified LNG terminal. The required orifice areas during the emergent blow down scenario were calculated and chosen. In addition, the dynamic response process of main variable parameters including pressure, temperature and actual relieving capacity with the time were discussed and researched. The analysis results showed that dynamic simulation could clearly reflect the main parameters of dynamic response during the blowdown process, predict the lowest temperature and maximum capacity of the medium accurately, and instruct the selection of the orifice areas and the pipeline material of natural gas blowdown system.
