摘　　要：介绍了城际动车组集成式水冷系统的原理以及核心部件热交换器、水冷散热器、水泵、风机和膨胀水箱的选型和计算,详细阐述了水冷系统设计方法和各核心部件的作用,最后通过牵引变流器型式试验中的温升考核验证了水冷系统设计的合理性,为今后集成式水冷系统的设计提供参考。The principle of the integrated cooling system on intercity EMUs was introduced, and how to calculate and select the main parts of the cooling system such as heat exchanger, water cooled heat sink, pump, fan and expansion tank was detailed. The design method of cooling system and the role of the core parts were especially introduced in detail. At last, the reasonability of the cooling system was proved by the results of the type test on the traction converter, so which could be used as a guidance for the integrated cooling system.
