聚氨酯皮革固色剂的应用性能研究

摘　　要：以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),月桂胺聚氧乙烯醚(1205),N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为原料制备一种柔软型阳离子聚氨酯固色剂,以染色的上染率、耐洗坚牢度、耐擦坚牢度、色深值为考察指标,并结合助软效应研究了该固色剂在铬鞣坯革染色工艺中的应用性能。实验结果表明:在坯革染色后期加入固色剂1.5%,染料上染率提高2.8%,废液色泽浅淡,坯革的色泽饱满;染色耐干湿擦牢度均提高1级,耐洗牢度也明显提高,同时对坯革具有一定的助软作用,该固色剂是一种多功能型高分子固色剂。The soft polyurethane fixing agent was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate（IPDI）,polyoxyethylene laurylamine（1205）and N-methyldiethanolamine（MDEA）. Based on dye uptake rate, washing fastness, rubbing fastness and color depth value combined with co-soft effect as the examining？indexes,the application performances of fixing agent which in chrome-tanned crust＇s dyeing processwere studied. The results indicated that when the dosage of fixing agent was 1.5%at the lately dyeing, the dye uptake rate was raised by 2.8%,the color of waste liquid was light and the crust was full-colored;Both of the dry rubbing fastness and the wet rubbing fastness could be improved by one scale,as well as the washed-fastness was remarkably enforced,at the same time inducedcrust to soft in some extent,it demonstrated that the fixing agent was a kind of multifunctional polymer fixing agent.
