摘 要:通过胶原蛋白降解物与双氰胺共缩聚,制备得到胶原蛋白降解物-双氰胺树脂(CDF树脂),作为复鞣填充材料在黄牛皮鞋面革复鞣工艺中进行应用。结果表明:该复鞣剂具有优良的固色、固脂效应,所得成革耐光性好,饱满、紧实性良好。成革的抗张强度和撕裂强度均能达到鞋面革Ⅰ型行业标准。成革中游离甲醛含量较低,可达国标B类产品的要求。CDF树脂表现出良好的与皮纤维的结合能力,复鞣废液中总碳和总氮值均较低,达到理想的废水减排效果。Collagen-dicyandiamide resin(CDF resin) was prepared by co-condensation between collagen and dicyandiamide. The resin was used in cattle shoe upper leather's retanning process as a retanning filling material. The results show that the retanning agent has excellent performance of color-fixing and oil-fixing, and the resultant leather has good light fastness, fullness and tightness. The tensile strength and tear strength of the resultant leather meet the type Ⅰrequirements of shoe upper leather in industrial standard. The resultant leather has low content of free formaldehyde and it meets the requirement of type B product in national standard. The collagen-dicyandiamide resin showed good ability to bind with leather fibers, the total carbon and total nitrogen values in waste retanning float were low, and it can achieve the desired effect of wastewater reduction.
