鞋类产品中VOCs和TVOC测试方法的研究

摘　　要：采用小型释放舱释放-Air Toxic吸附剂吸附管捕集-热脱附（ATD）-GC/FID分析技术,测定鞋类产品中多种挥发性有机化合物（VOCS）和TVOC。通过对采样条件、热脱附-GC/FID工作条件、样品负载率、检出限、标准曲线等研究,获得了16种化合物单体的外标法标准曲线、检出限、回收率数据。结果表明,标准曲线的线性范围≥103、γ2≥0.999、RSD≤5.0%（n=6）;当采样量为10 L时,检出限和定量限分别为0.3μg/m3和1.0μg/m3;不同VOCs单体的回收率范围为94.2%~103.2%,精密度小于5%（n=6）。A combined technique of small-scale emission chamber-Air Toxic adsorbent- thermal desorption GC/FID was used to determine the emission of volatile organic compounds（VOCs） and TVOC. The 16 kinds of Volatile Organic Compound external standard method standard curve, detection limit, and recovery data based on the research of sampling condition,（ATD）-GC/FID work condition, sample loading rate,detection limit and standard curve have been achieved.Result showed that standard curve of the linear range were all more than 10^3, the γ^2 was above 0.999, the RSD was less than 5.0%（n = 6）, respectively. When the sampling quantity was10 L, the detection limit and quantitative limit of the 16 kinds of VOCs monomer substances were less than 0.3 μg/ m^3 and 1.0 μg/m^3, except for N,N-Dimethylformamide. The16 kinds of VOCs monomers recoveries were in the range of 94.2%-103.2%, the precision was less than 5.0%（n = 6）,respectively.
