摘  要:通过对我校汽车技术服务与营销专业毕业生的调研发现,其就业质量总体状况不乐观,毕业生面临工作与专业吻合度较低、就业满意度较低、离职率高等压力,而他们认为影响就业质量最重要的因素是沟通技能和言语表达。针对这一现状,为增强学生的就业竞争力,建立了基于核心技能的课程体系,并探讨了相关的保障措施,为相关专业提供借鉴。The research finds for the graduates of Automotive Technology Service and Marketing 3peclaity mat me employment quality is not optimistic, and the graduates are working with low professional degrees , high pressure, and low job satisfaction etc., and they think that the communication skills and the verbal expression are the most important skills. To enhance the students' employment competitiveness, the curriculum system based on the core skills is built, and the relevant guarantee measures are discussed in the paper, which provides reference for related fields.
