摘　　要：妊娠期睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病尤其是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的发生率较高，且可能随着妊娠的进程而逐渐加重。本文探讨了妊娠期发生阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的危险因素、发病机制、临床表现，妊娠期睡眠呼吸障碍对母体和胎儿的影响，尤其是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与妊娠高血压病、妊娠糖尿病的关系，以及妊娠期睡眠呼吸障碍的治疗。Sleep disordered breathing （SDB） is common, especially the obstructive sleep apnea, and the severity increases as pregnancy progresses. The review identifies the risk factors, possible mecha- nisms and clinical manifestations for sleep disordered breathing in pregnancy through investigating pregnant women, approaches the relationship between sleep disordered breathing in pregnant women and the compli- cations of the mother and fetus, especially between the obstructive sleep apnea and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy or gestational diabetes mellitus, and the treatment of sleep disordered breathing irt pregnancy.
