摘 要:针对石灰石–石膏法烟气脱硫系统对Hg^0无脱除能力的问题,采用实验的方式,研究了浆液中Hg^(2+)的初始质量浓度以及浆液温度、pH值、S(IV)的物质的量、SO_4^(2-)的物质的量、Cl^-的体积分数,添加Na_2S和H_2O_2溶液等工况变化对汞二次释放行为的影响。结果表明,Hg^(2+)的初始质量浓度、SO_4^(2-)的物质的量对汞的二次释放影响不大,温度升高、pH值高可降低汞的二次释放,浆液中有少量的S时可促进汞的还原,浆液中有Cl^-或添加Na_2S和H_2O_2时可抑制汞的还原。In allusion to the problem of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) system being unable to removing Hg0, this paper employs experiments for studying influence of changes of working conditions on mercury secondary re- lease such as initial mass concentration of Hg2+ in serous fluid, temperature and pH value of serous fluid, amount-of-substance concentration of S(IV) and SO24-, volume fraction of Cl- and addition of Na2S and H2O2. Results indicate initial mass concentration of Hg2+ and amount-of-substance concentration of SO24- has small influence on mercury secondary release, rise of temperature and high pH value can reduce mercury secondary release and a small number of S in serous fluid will promote reduction of mercury. In addition, when there is C1 in serous fluid or adding Na2 S and H2O2, it is able to restrain reduction of mercury.
