三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶在急诊抢救仪器终末消毒中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的通过对急诊常用抢救设备的终末消毒前后对比,与常用擦拭消毒液的消毒时间比较,研究三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶用于抢救设备终末消毒工作的效果。方法对我院急诊抢救室抢救设备终末消毒前后物表进行采样,进行标本细菌培养与鉴定,比较终末消毒前后物表细菌数量变化,与常用擦拭消毒液进行消毒时间比较。结果使用三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶对使用后的仪器设备进行擦拭消毒,仪器设备物表菌落数与擦拭前相比较达到了Ⅲ类环境的菌落数要求(P<0.01),并且三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶可以有效杀灭大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌、大肠杆菌,与常用擦拭消毒液相比三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶消毒起效时间更短。结论利用三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶对急诊抢救设备进行终末消毒可有效降低设备物表暂居菌的数量,提高病区环境卫生质量,减少抢救设备消毒所需的时间,提高仪器物品的使用周转效率。Objective To study the terminal disinfection performance of trichloro hydroxyl diphenyl ether alcohol gel on rescue equipments through before-after contrast of terminal disinfection of frequently used emergency rescue equipments,and by comparing with the disinfection time by using common disinfectant cleaning measures.Methods Surface of emergency rescue equipments of our hospital before and after terminal disinfection was sampled to implement bacterial culture and identification;the bacteria change before-after terminal disinfection as well as time consuming with using common disinfectant cleaning methods was compared.Results The bacterial colony count on equipment surface after terminal disinfection reached the hospital disinfection requirements specified in Class Ⅲ environment（P〈0.01）.In the meantime,trichloro hydroxyl diphenyl ether alcohol disinfection gel could effectively kill E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli.Compared with the commonly-used wiping disinfection solution,the onset time of trichloro hydroxyl diphenyl ether alcohol was shorter.Conclusion Trichloro hydroxyl diphenyl ether alcohol disinfection gel can effectively reduce bacterial colony number on surface of rescue equipment through terminal disinfection.It can improve the environment of ward area,shorten disinfection time on emergency rescue equipments and prompting reusing purposes.
