摘　　要：目的加强住院药房药品质量管理,促进药品质量不断提高。方法收集我院住院药房2011-2015年HIS系统登记上报的药品质量信息数据,对近5年质量问题药品批次按厂家性质、剂型分布和质量问题类型进行回顾性统计分析。结果我院住院药房近5年药品质量问题共303批次,呈逐年下降趋势;医院制剂、注射剂质量问题较突出;各年度质量问题的类型主要为内、外包装破损及污染,其次为内容物出现异物、色差、结晶、吸潮结块,再次为标签模糊不清、掉签及装置异常;内、外包装破损及污染的质量问题呈逐年下降趋势。结论药品的质量是通过科学的设计得以保障和实现的,通过设置药品质量上报系统、构建医院药房药品质量风险管理体系并创建医疗机构药品质量管理规范,完善和健全药品质量管理制度,可保障药品质量,提升医院药学服务质量与合理用药水平。Objective To strengthen the management of drug quality in hospital pharmacy,and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of medicines.Methods Collect data of drug quality information registered in the past five years in our hospital,retrospective statistical analysis was made on the quality of batches of drugs based on though manufacturers,dosage forms and problem types.Results There were 303 batches of drugs with quality problems in our hospital pharmacy in the past five years which was in a declining trend;quality problems of hospital preparations and injections were serious;the type of each year of quality problems was mainly internal and external packaging damage and pollution with declining trend,followed by the contents problems,label problems and device failure.Conclusion The methods to ensure the quality of drug are scientific design,the set up of the drug quality reporting system,construction of hospital pharmacy drug quality risk management system and the development of pharmaceutical quality management standard of medical institutions.We can guarantee the quality of drugs and improve the quality of hospital pharmacy services and the level of rational use of drugs by ameliorating the management system of drug quality.
