摘　　要：本文主要介绍数模混合测试仪的开发方法,它利用微型计算机强大的计算能力,可以模拟出各种元器件的测试环境,并对它们进行快速的测试。及如何使用通用仪器编程语言及I/O通信方式快速构建自己的元件测试平台。This paper mainly explains a developing technolygy of digital-anolog test in-strunent. This instrument can simulate the test enviroment of varied components and devices of,and do the testing quickly,using the computing power of PC. This paper also describled how to build instrument testing platform quickly using the general instrument programming language and I/O communication mode.
