福利经济学视角下的经济自由主义与国家干预主义的争论

摘　　要：以福利经济学为视角,考察不同经济层面上经济自由主义与国家干预主义在福利实现途径上的争论,最后得出结论:二者在福利的实现方式上并不是完全矛盾的,在不同的经济活动层面,福利的实现方式应当采取不同的主张。Economic liberalism and state interventionism on the effectiveness of market mechanisms to deal with the relationship of the government and the market and its effect on the country,the basic issues,follow a completely different method and path,expresses the different tendency of theory and policy proposals,based on the perspective of welfare economics,different economic level economic liberalism and state interventionism debate on welfare implementation way,finally draw the conclusion：both on welfare realization way is not completely contradictory,in different economic activity level,the realization of the benefits of way should take a different position.
