摘　　要：通过模拟拖车钩孔成型过程,研究保险杠拖车钩孔气痕缺陷的形成机理,结合MoldFlow软件分析找到问题的根源,并制定有效的修正措施,为保险杠模具设计以及后期塑件设计提供依据。The molding mechanism of bumper gas mark in trailer coupling hole was researched by simulating the molding process of coupling hole position. Combining the MoldF1ow analysis, The source of the problem was found and the effective correction measures were established. It provides the basis for late bumper mould design and product design.
