摘　　要：介绍了一种塑料喷头注射模设计方法,阐述了塑料喷头注射模的模具结构和模具工作过程,模具设计采用一模一腔,侧浇口进料,双分型面,并采用动模斜向分型与抽芯装置,脱模机构采用推板推出。通过对塑料喷头注射模设计,解决了喷头塑件斜孔脱模问题。本模具设计结构合理,工作可靠。A design method of angle parting and core pulling in movable mold for a plastic showerhead was introduced, and the mold structure and the principle was described. In the design process, a set of mold with one moudule and one cavity was designed with double parting surface, side sprue feeding, push board and angle parting and core pulling in movable mold. Through the injection mold design,the problems of the angle demold was solved. It was indicated that the mold structure is reasonable and reliable, and would be provide usefull reference for the similar plastic products.
