摘  要:口孜东矿为千米深井,综采工作面埋藏深,地压大,两巷及切眼变形快,尤其底鼓较显著,传统的安装工艺在工作面设备打运、安装等受到严重制约。采用单轨吊打运、安装受底鼓影响小,各工艺简单,确保了工作面安全快速安装。KuZiDong mine belongs to the kilometer shaft, the burial depth of fully mechanized working face is 1000m, and the ground pressure is high, the deformation of two entries and cross-cut is fast, especially the heaving floor is outstanding, the installation process ,the traditional transport and installation equipment of working face is seriously restricted to. The transport and installation of working face equipments used the monorail crane can decrease the influence of heaving floor, the process is simple, which ensure the safety and rapid installation of the working face.
