摘 要:利用SolidWorks建立PXZS200/250平面回转筛三维实体模型,并基于数学近似的数值分析方法,依靠辅助软件SolidWorks-Simulation对平面回转筛的筛体吊挂支架和筛体悬挂支架进行了有限元分析和模态分析,校核了筛体吊挂支架的结构强度,研究了筛体悬挂支架的固有频率。结果表明,筛体吊挂支架的材料和结构能满足强度要求,筛体悬挂支架的固有频率远大于设备的振动频率,无频率重合带,运转中无共振现象发生。Creating the 3D model of PXZS200/250 plane rotary oscillating sieve by SolidWorks software. Based on a numerical analysis methods of mathematical approximation and assistant by auxiliary SolidWorks Simulation software, we carried out finite element and modal analysis for screen body hanging bracket and screen suspension bracket of plane rotary oscillating sieve, and checked the structure strength of screen hanging bracket,and studied the natural frequency of the sieve suspension bracket. The results showed that the material and structure of screen body hanging bracket could meet the strength requirements,and the natural frequency of sieve body suspension bracket was far greater than that of the equipment oscillating, there was no coincidence frequency bands and no resonance phenomenon occurred.
