摘 要:本文介绍一种可以产生任意阻抗模和阻抗角的有源模拟阻抗标准器-复阻抗标准器。作为一种有源模拟阻抗,复阻抗标准器以数字模拟阻抗技术为核心,采用数字波形合成技术、全数字锁相技术、DDS等关键技术,控制幅值和相位可调的电压波形和电流波形,模拟出具有任意阻抗模和阻抗角的复阻抗,在整个复平面内校准RLC数字电桥。本文基于被校对象RLC数字电桥的工作原理,设计复阻抗标准器的原理和软硬件实现方法,并给出复阻抗标准器的校准数据和测量不确定度分析。The paper presents complex impedance standard which is an active simulation impedance standard and can take digital simulative impedance as the core technique which includes digital waveform synthesis, DPLL, DDS to generate simulation impedance whose amplitude and phase can be regulated. So, complex impedance standard can calibrate digital bridge on entire complex plane through producing volt- age and current to simulate complex impedance. In this paper, the design and realization of complex im- pedance standard is introduced by taking advantage of the working principle of digital bridge. Besides, the experiment data is given and measurement uncertainty is evaluated in the end of paper.
