摘　　要：针对集中式交通视频数据的管理模式不能满足公安交通管理的需求,提出了分布式智能交通视频系统设计框架和接口规范,实现了道路监控的信息共享及各级集成指挥平台的联网运行,同时规范了交通指挥系统与应用系统的建设应用。For the centralized traffic video data management model cannot meet the needs of public security traffic administration,this paper proposes the design framework and interface specification for distributed intelligent traffic video system, realizes the information sharing of the road monitoring and the networking operation of the all levels＇ integrated command platforms, at the same time, regulates the construction and application of the traffic command system and application system.
