摘 要:本文基于半导体光放大器中四波混频效应的原理,研究了垂直双泵浦和平行双泵浦两种泵浦结构的全光波长变换,理论分析的结果表明平行双泵浦和垂直双泵浦结构是偏振不敏感的系统。根据理论分析,采用光通信仿真软件Optisystem建立了仿真系统。实现了5Gb/s的NRZ信号的偏振不敏感的全光波长变换,仿真结果验证了理论分析的结论。仿真还研究了SOA电流和泵浦光与信号光频率间距对系统性能的影响,并比较了两种泵浦结构系统的转换效率。All-optical wavelength conversion for NRZ signal based orthogonal dual-pump and parallel dual -pump four wavelength mixing effect in an semiconductor optical amplifier was theoretically investigated, and the theoretical results show that orthogonal dual-pump and parallel dual-pump are polarization insensitive system. The simulation system was built by means of the Optisystem software based on the theoretical analysis. Polarization insensitive wavelength conversion for 5Gb/s NRZ signal was successfully implemented, simulationresults agree well with the theoretical analyses. The effects on the system performance, which was influenced by SOA's current and frequency spacing between the pump and signal lightwave were also analyzed.
