摘  要:在高纬度低温地区,由于SF_6气体出现液化,可能导致SF_6开关设备发生绝缘击穿或开断失败等事故,由此该类地区大多采用混合气体(SF_6+CF_4)开关设备。气体分解产物检测是目前设备故障定位和缺陷诊断的重要手段。为此试验以40.5 k V混合气体断路器为试品,开展混合气体(SF_6+CF_4)不同燃弧能量下的气体分解产物试验,通过与纯SF_6气体的比较分析,探讨混合气体(SF_6+CF_4)的分解特性。研究表明:开断电弧下,SF_6+CF_4混合气体的主要分解产物为CO、CO_2、SO_2、SOF_2;分解产物各组分含量均随着燃弧能量的增加而增加;在相同的燃弧能量下,SF_6+CF_4混合气体比纯SF_6气体产生更多的碳氧化合物(CO+CO_2),而硫化物(SOF_2+SO_2)的生产量较少。Liquefaction of SF6 can lead to insulation or interruption failures in switchgear that are installed in high-latitude low-temperature regions. Consequently, SF6+CF4 mixtures are widely used in gas circuit breakers in these areas. Detection of gas decomposition products is at present an important means for fault locating and diagnosis of defects. A series of SF6+CF4 mixture decomposition tests were carried out on a 40.5 kV gas-insulated circuit breaker with different arcing energies. The SF6+CF4 mixture decomposition characteristics were investigated with reference to the performance of pure SF6. It has been found that the decomposition products of SF6+CF4 mixture in the presence of electric arc are mainly CO, CO2. SO2 and SOF2. The concentration of these decomposed products increases with arc energy. With the same arc energy, SF6+CF4 mixture produces more carbon oxides(CO+ CO2) but less sulfides(SOF2+SO2), in comparison with pure SF6.
