摘 要:及时发现SF_6气体早期泄漏并及时处理对保障设备安全和人员安全及减少环境污染具有重要意义。但目前单一的传感器SF_6泄漏检测技术均存在一定的缺陷,无法兼顾泄漏检测的准确性和长期有效性。针对该问题,提出一种基于红外和超声双传感技术融合的SF_6电气设备泄漏分布式在线监测系统。该系统的基本原理是利用红外法和超声法实现对SF_6浓度的测量,其中,红外传感器和超声传感器分别工作在间歇和连续模式。同时该系统实现了O_2浓度、温度和湿度的多点实时测量。研究结果表明,改进的超声法简化了硬件电路设计,减少了相位的偏移,并且超声法测量SF_6浓度时,测量精度与两路信号的相位差、时间差、温度及气室长度相关。同时现场测量数据表明,所研制的在线监测系统具有精度高和稳定性强的优点,有利于及时发现设备的早期泄漏缺陷,便于及时处理。In order to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment, safety of personnel as well as minimumenvironment pollution, it is essential to detect SF6 leakage as earlier as possible and deal with it in time. However, there are defects in the present single sensor based system, i.e. the accuracy of detection cannot be ensured over long term. To address the problem, a distributed on-line monitoring system for detecting SF6 leakage based on the fusion of infrared and ultrasonic dual sensor configuration has been proposed. The basic principle is to take advantage of the infrared and ultrasonic technologies to measure the concentration of SF6. The infrared and ultrasonic sensors operate in an intermittent and continuous modes, respectively. This monitoring system can also measure the concentration of O2 as well as temperature and humidity in real time. Results show that the modified ultrasonic technology simplifies the hardware and reduces the phase drift. When the ultrasonic method is applied to measuring the concentration of SF6, the measurement accuracy is affected by the phase shift of the two signals, time difference, temperature and the length of the air chamber. According to field measurement results, the system proposed in the present work has higher accuracy and more reliability. It can be used for early detection of SF6 leakage and timely processing of the leakages.
