摘  要:SF_6混合绝缘气体被认为是短期内最具发展前景的SF_6替代介质。开展电气设备中SF_6混合绝缘气体混气比检测技术研究,对SF_6混合绝缘气体电气设备开展状态评价工作具有重要作用。文中提出了基于微流量热导传感器原理的混气比检测技术,研制了混气比检测装置,可检测SF_6/CF_4、SF_6/N_2、SF_6/Air、SF_6/CO_2标准混合气体,检测值与标准值偏差均在1.5%以内;而且该检测装置可运用于现场混合气体电气设备中的混气比例检测,耗气量小,方便快速,大量试验数据验证了检测结果的准确性及现场检测的可行性。SF6 gas mixtures are regarded as the most promising alternatives to SF6 gas in the near future. Research on mixing ratio detection of SF6 gas mixtures in electrical equipment plays an important role in equipment state assessment. This paper presents a detection technology of mixing ratio, based on a thermal conduction sensor, and develops a detector, which is able to detect the mixing ratio ofSF6/CF4、SF6/N2、SF6/Airand SF6/CO2 with a measurement accuracy and standard deviation both better than 1.5%. Moreover, this detector can be used easily to rapidly measure the mixing ratio on site with low gas consumption, and the accuracy of the results and feasibility of field detection has been verified by a large amount of test data.
