摘  要:为研究黄芪多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率和免疫功能的影响,选择28日龄断奶、体重(12±1.04)kg的健康杜长大三元杂种仔猪48头,按体重随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.5 g/kg、1 g/kg、2 g/kg黄芪多糖的饲粮。试验期28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,日采食量0.5 g/kg黄芪多糖组、1 g/kg黄芪多糖组、2 g/kg黄芪多糖组分别提高0.23%(P>0.05)、6.99%(P<0.05)、11.62%(P<0.05);料重比,0.5 g/kg黄芪多糖组降低0.59%(P>0.05),1 g/kg黄芪多糖组、2 g/kg黄芪多糖组分别提高10.65%(P<0.05)、14.79%(P<0.05);腹泻频率,0.5 g/kg黄芪多糖组、1 g/kg黄芪多糖组、2 g/kg黄芪多糖组分别降低0.05个百分点(P>0.05)、0.06个百分点(P>0.05)、0.25个百分点(P<0.05)。白介素-2,0.5 g/kg黄芪多糖组降低3.58%(P>0.05),1 g/kg黄芪多糖组、2 g/kg黄芪多糖组分别提高41.69%(P>0.05)、85.06%(P<0.05);干扰素-α,0.5 g/kg黄芪多糖组、1 g/kg黄芪多糖组、2 g/kg黄芪多糖组分别提高0.26%(P>0.05)、3.93%(P>0.05)、10.78%(P<0.05);Ig G,0.5 g/kg黄芪多糖组、1 g/kg黄芪多糖组分别提高4.51%(P>0.05)、1.25%(P<0.05),2 g/kg黄芪多糖组降低3.22%(P>0.05)。其余指标各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加1 g/kg黄芪多糖饲喂效果为好。In order to study the effect of astragalus polysaccharide on growth performance and nutrient digestibility in weaned piglets and immune function, 28 day old weaned, weight(12±1.04) kg three healthy crossbred 48 piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 4 replicates, each with 3 pigs. The control group was fed basal diet, 3 experimental groups were fed with 0.5 g/kg, 1 g/kg, 2 g/kg of astragalus polysaccharide in the basic diet. Test period was 28 d. The results show that, compared with the control group, daily intake of 0.5 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 1 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 2 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group were increased by 0.23%(P〉0.05), 6.99%(P〈0.05) and 11.62%(P〈0.05); the ratio of feed, 0.5 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group decreased 0.59%(P〉 0.05), 1 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 2 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group were increased by 10.65%(P〈0.05) and 14.79%(P〈0.05); the frequency of diarrhea, 0.5 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 1 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 2 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group were reduced to 0.05 percentage points(P〉0.05), 0.06 percentage points(P〉0.05), 0.25 percentage points(P〈0.05).Interleukin-2, 0.5 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group decreased 3.58%(P〉0.05), 1 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 2 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group were increased by 41.69%(P〉0.05) and 85.06%(P〈0.05); interferon alpha, 0.5 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 1 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 2 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group increased 0.26%(P〉0.05), 3.93%(P〉0.05), 10.78%(P 0.05); Ig G, 0.5 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group, 1 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group were increased by 4.51%(P〉0.05), 1.25%(P〈0.05), 2 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide group decreased 3.22%(P〉0.05).
