摘　　要：文章对狮头型皖南花猪的历史、生态、人文作了概述,并对狮头型皖南花猪外形特点、肉质特点、测定手段、选种方法作了小结,从而论证了狮头型猪对未来猪肉市场的重大影响。The history, ecology and culture of Lion Type Southern Anhui Spotted Pig were summarized.Meanwhile, the external characteristics, the meat quality, the testing methods and the breeding way have been reviewed. Finally, the influence of Chinese lion type pigs on the international pork market has been emphasized.
