摘　　要：住房公积金制度是实现住房分配货币化和法制化的主要形式。在概述我国住房公积金制度的基础上,深入分析现行住房公积金制度存在的问题,并有针对性地提出完善我国住房公积金制度的对策建议。Housing accumulation fund system is the main form to realize housing allocation monetization and legalization.Based on the summary of housing accumulation fund system in China,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current system of housing accumulation fund,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the housing accumulation fund system in China.
