商业建筑节能管理存在的问题研究

摘　　要：通过文献研究和专家访谈,识别商业建筑节能管理存在的20个问题;进一步通过因子分析,总结出设备系统管理、节能管理保障、节能理念、全过程漏斗效应及人员素质等五大方面问题。针对存在的问题,提出加强节能目标控制及行为节能管理、挖掘节能管理主体、建立节能基金及信用机制等对策建议。Through literature research and expert interview,the paper identifies 20 main problems of energy saving management in commercial building,summarizes five types problems of management of equipment and system,guarantee of energy saving management,energy saving idea,funnel effect in the whole process and personnel quality through factor analysis.In view of the existing problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of energy saving target control,behavior energy saving management,energy-saving manager,the establishment of energy saving fund and credit mechanism and so on.
