摘 要:液压电梯因具有自己独特的优势而占据着一定的市场份额,但是其装机功率大、能耗高,故发展受到制约。国内外研究人员着重从节能这一方面来对液压电梯的液压控制部分进行研究。目前,国内液压电梯液压驱动系统几乎都是进口的电梯专用节流阀控调速系统,其价格昂贵,增加了液压电梯的成本。比例压力流量复合阀有自身的结构特性,阀自身带有压力补偿器使节流口两端压力保持不变,在控制流量时可以保证不受负载端压力变化的影响从而获得较稳定的流量,而且还可以实现油源压力随负载变化而变化,具有节能的作用。通过对比例压力流量复合阀的分析,设计了基于比例压力流量复合阀的新型液压电梯液压驱动系统,并阐述了该系统的工作原理,对液压电梯的驱动系统设计具有一定的意义。The hydraulic elevator has its own unique advantages to occupy a certain market share.
