摘 要:针对目前油田注水增压设备能耗高、注水压力调配不合理等问题,设计了节能注水增压泵,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对柱塞缸、换向阀阀体和阀芯进行静强度分析,证明该装置结构强度满足要求,对阀芯进行模态分析,计算出其前6阶固有频率和振型,证明该装置能避免共振,对阀体进行优化设计,分析了各设计变量对优化结果的影响,优化后的模型较原始模型质量下降了29%,对该装置样机进行压力试验,试验压力为最大工作压力的1.5倍,试验证明该装置强度满足要求,验证了仿真结果的正确性。For the problems such as serious energy consumption of oilfield water injection booster equipment and the unreasonable allocation of the water pressure, design a device called energy-saving water injection booster pump. Analyze static strength of piston cylinder,valve body and valve core with ANSYS Workbench. Prove the structural strength meets the requirements. Make the modal analysis of valve core and calculate the first 6 rank natural frequency and vibration modes. Prove the device can avoid the resonance. Make optimization design of valve body. The impact on the optimization results is analyzed by each design variable. Compared with the original model,the mass of the optimization model is decreased by 29%. Make the pressure test and the test pressure is 1.5 times higher than the maximum working pressure. The test proves that the structural strength of this device meets the requirements and the results of ANSYS simulation are correct.
