摘  要:滚削力产生机理复杂并具有时变特性,是机床受迫振动和颤振的重要因素,影响齿轮加工精度,但滚齿加工原理和刀具造型的复杂性导致该问题一直是切削力研究的难点,当前研究以实验测量为主,理论分析较少。从实验测试、理论计算和数值仿真这三个角度综述了当今滚齿切削力的研究进展,介绍了各自的主要研究方法、研究重点及已取得的成果,总结了现阶段国内研究存在的不足和尚需攻克的难点,为类似研究提供参考。Hobbing force is complex and time varing,it is the main factor of the forced vibration and chatter of hobbing mechine, which will decrease the machining accuracy. However, due to the complexity of hobbing principle and hobber feature, the study of hobbing force is a research difficulty, many researches focus more on experimental measurement rather than theoretical analysis currently. Reviews the research status of hobbing force from the view of experimental measurement, theoretical analysis and soft- ware simulation, and also presents the main research methods, research emphasis and achievements, summarizes shortcomings and difficulties in current research, provide a reference for future research work.
