摘 要:某教学楼采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,地下1层顶部布置的跨度为32.6m大跨梁,因承担0.5m厚的覆土、自重和活载,其挠度和裂缝较大,故大跨梁采用有粘结预应力技术。在重点研究解决张拉预应力筋时预加力对挡土墙、窗井墙的内力影响较大的难题。在设计方面,采用边跨梁预应力筋张拉端布置在形心处,达到减小张拉端附加弯矩的影响;在施工方面,通过优化结构的施工顺序,采用主体整浇,挡土墙和窗井墙留缝后浇,配合预应力梁的施工,能够得到安全适用、经济合理的结构体系。Reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system was adopted in a teaching building project. A 32. 6m large-span beam located at the top of the first underground floor bears covering soil of 0. 5m thickness,dead loads and live loads,so it has large deflection and crack width. Bonded pre-stressed technology was adopted in the large-span beam. The research was focused on how to tackle large influence pre-stress in pre-tension process of pre-stressed tendons on internal forces of retaining walls and window well walls. In terms of design,the tensioned end of prestressing tendons of side span beam was arranged at the center of the beam so as to reduce the influence of the additional bending moment. In the construction,by optimizing the construction sequence of the structure,integral casting was adopted in the overall structure and seams were left in retaining walls and window well walls for post-pouring,to combine with the construction of prestressed beams. Overall,a safe,applicable,and economic reasonable structural system is obtained.
