健脾益智法对AD大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠肽NPYmRNA表达水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究健脾益智法对AD大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠肽NPYmRNA表达水平的影响及其关联,探讨脾脑相关理论的微观机制。方法运用右侧海马注射凝聚态AB1-40的方法制作AD大鼠模型,以健脾益智胶囊、生理盐水分组灌胃给药连续治疗4周,采用半定量RT-PCR法检测比较模型对照组和中药组大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠NPYmRNA的表达水平。结果与结论健脾益智胶囊可上调AD大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠肽NPYmRNA表达水平,脾脑相关理论的微观机制可能与NPY有关。Objective To study the effect of the therapy by strengthening spleen to enhance intelligence on gene expression and relevance of ghrelin NPY in the hippocampus and intestine area of AD rats, investigate the micro mechanism of spleen and brain related theory. Methods Using the right side of the hippocampal injection of condensed matter A1-40 method of making AD model rats, followed by Jianpi Yizhi capsule and normal saline groups lavage for medicine in the treatment of 4 weeks in a row, by using semi - quantitative rt - pcr detection comparative model control group and Chinese medicine group rats the hippocampus, colon area ghrelin NPYmRNA expression level. Results and Conclusion Jianpi Yizhi capsule can increase the AD rat hippocampus, intestine area ghrelin NPYmRNA expression level, spleen and brain related theory of microcosmic mechanism may be related to NPY.
