中西医防治放射性肺炎的研究进展

摘　　要：放射性肺炎是放射治疗后的一种常见并发症,患胸部肿瘤的患者在接受放射治疗后,正常肺组织不可避免的会受到放射线的伤害,造成急性期肺组织毛细血管渗透性增强,产生肺泡水肿,大量外周血中的免疫细胞及免疫因子浸润,从而对肺组织带来不可逆的损伤。患者会出现肺总量降低,肺弥散功能降低,气体交换功能失常,缺氧等症状,最终影响肺功能,提高了患各种继发性肺部疾病的风险。该文通过整理和总结目前放射性肺炎的相关文献资料,对放射性肺炎的中西医认识、机制以及防治方法等方面的研究进展作以综述。Radiation pneumonitis is a common complication after radiation therapy. Tumor patients after radiotherapy, normal lung tissues by radiation damage, caused by acute pulmonary capillary permeability increasing, alveolar edema, a large number of peripheral blood immune cells and immune factors of invasion. On the lung tissue caused irreversible damage. Patients will appear to reduce the total amount of lung, pulmonary diffuse function decreased, gas exchange dysfunction, hypoxia and other symptoms, the final impact on patients with lung function, which increases the risk of developing a variety of secondary pulmonary diseases. In this paper, through the collation and summary of the related literature of radiation pneumonia, the research progress on the understanding, mechanism and prevention methods of radiation pneumonia.
