摘 要:矿物药在中国使用历史悠久且有着完整的理论体系,虽然在现代研究中取得一定研究成果,但仍存在一些如"释名"混乱、成分组成不一致、炮制方法复杂多样等问题。通过对前人研究成果和文献的整理,解释中药"白垩"实为矿物高岭石,而非现代矿物学中的"白垩"。并通过分析不同辅料和炮制方法对高岭石药用性质的影响,探讨高岭石的药用机理和主要功效。The use of the mineral drugs in China has a long history and a complete theoretical system, there are also someachievements in modem research undoubtedly. However, many problems such as the inconsistency among some mineral drugs" name or their chemical compositions still exist, the complex medicine processing theory plagued people, too. Based on previous researches and documents, the different meaning of " chalk" between the traditional Chinese medicine and modem mineralogy can be explained. The main purpose is to discuss the mechanism and the efficacy of kaolinite, by analyzing the effect of different accessories and processions.
