石菖蒲药理作用及其机制的研究进展

摘　　要：石菖蒲是我国传统的芳香开窍类中药,可开窍宁神、醒神益智、化湿祛痰,常用于癫痫、痰厥、热病神昏、健忘失眠、中风失语等症。目前在临床上,石菖蒲广泛用于治疗中枢神经和心脑血管相关的病症。近年来大量研究表明,石菖蒲还具有改善免疫、抗肿瘤、降脂、抗炎、抗菌杀虫等药理作用。现对石菖蒲提取物及其活性成分药理作用和机制的研究进行综述,为相关研究提供参考,并推动石菖蒲中药资源的深入开发和合理利用。As one of traditional Chinese medicine, Acorus tatarinowii Schott is able to invigorate brain, tranquillize mental and resolve wetness. Thus it is widely used to treat a variety of conditions including seizures, coma, fever, amnesia, stroke, etc. In clinic, Acorus tatarinowii has been used to treat the central nervous disorders and cardiovascular diseases. Besides that, recent studies demonstrate that Acorus tatarinowii have many pharmacological activities, such as immun - modulation, anti - tumor, lipid -lowering, anti -inflammation, anti -bacterial and insecticidal effects. Therefore, this paper reviewed the recent progress on pharmacological effects and related mechanisms of Acorus tatarinowii extracts and its active components to provide a reference for its application and promote its resource exploitation.
