针刺对过敏性哮喘大鼠肺组织p-p38MAPK表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对过敏性哮喘大鼠肺组织中p-p38MAPK蛋白表达的影响。方法将40只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、哮喘模型组、哮喘模型针刺组和哮喘模型阻断剂组,每组10只。各组分别给予相应干预后,采用免疫组织化学法、Western Blot法检测大鼠肺组织中p-p38MAPK蛋白的表达。结果免疫组织化学法检测显示空白组、哮喘模型针刺组和哮喘模型阻断剂组的肺组织细胞核中p-p38MAPK蛋白表达呈阴性,而哮喘模型组的肺组织细胞核表达呈阳性;Western Blot检测示哮喘模型组p-p38MAPK蛋白表达较空白组、哮喘模型针刺组及哮喘模型阻断剂组升高(P<0.05),而哮喘模型针刺组、哮喘模型阻断剂组与空白组无差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺可降低大鼠肺组织中pp38MAPK蛋白表达以减轻炎症反应。Objective To examine the mechanism of acupuncture on p - p38MAPK expression in the lung tissues of asthmatic rats. Methods 40 SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group. Groups were given accordingly interventions. Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot were employed to observe the protein expression of p - p38MAPK in lung tissue of rats. Results Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of p - p38MAPK protein in the nucleus was negative （ - ） in the blank groups, acupuncture group and inhibitor group, but weak positive （ ＋ ） in asthmatic model groups. For Western Blot, compared with that in blank group, acupuncture group and inhibitor group, the protein expression of p -p38MAPK was higher in asthmatic model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no statistical difference among the blank groups, acupuncture group and inhibitor group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture can reduce the protein expression of p -p38MAPK in lung tissues to reduce inflammation reaction.
