摘　　要：在现阶段全面推进国家治理现代化和大力推广政府购买公共服务的常态下,前瞻性地探索和推行政府购买公共服务标准化,是有效推进国家治理现代化和提升政府购买公共服务绩效等的重要途径。政府购买公共服务标准化是包括组织标准化、文本标准化和程序标准化等基本要素的复杂巨系统,其有效推行尚受到多种因素的制约。为切实推行政府购买公共服务标准化,亟待从法治体系、标准体系和资金保障等方面探寻突破口。Standardization is the cornerstone of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity in China. In the present stage, it is the normal state that we comprehensively advance the modernization of national governance and vigorously expand the government purchasing public services （GPPS）. In these case to prospectively explore and implement the standardization of GPPS is an important way to effectively advance the modernization of national governance and enhance the performance of GPPS. Furthermore, the standardization of GPPS is a complex giant system which includes some basic elements, such as organization standardization, text standardization, procedures standardization, etc. Therefore, in order to effectively implement the standard ization of GPPS, we should explore a breakthrough from the rule of law system, standard system, and fund？ insurance and so on.
