摘　　要：稳定形态联盟是社会组织普遍期待的一种合作形式,其成功发展的关键要素是学术界普遍关心的问题。本文采用扎根理论方法,研究了中国11个省级稳定形态的社会组织联盟。研究结果显示,社会领域也存在一条类似于商业领域的价值链——社会价值链,而社会组织联盟对社会价值链各个环节抗压性的支撑并保证其循环运行,是其保持稳定状态的关键。基于此,本文建构了社会价值循环一压力一支撑模型,对稳定形态社会组织联盟的形成机制进行了深入探讨,并为中国公益事业发展和社会组织联盟治理提供了相关建议。Generally, those factors influencing social organization alliance＇s stable situation are concerned by scholars recently, meanwhile, this is a kind of expecting cooperation form for social organizations. This research employs ground theory to explore the operating mechanism of 11 social organization alliances at provincial level. The results indicate that there is a social value chain similar to value chain that exists in business industries. The role of the supporting to such social value chain is the key mechanism for the stable situation of social organization alliance. On the basis, this research constructs a cycle - stress - support model, CSS model. According to this model, we analyze the operating mechanism of social organization alliances and provide social governance advices for Chinese charity and social organizations.
