安徽师范大学教职工10年间血压水平及高血压检出率的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨安徽师范大学队列人群10年间血压水平及高血压检出率变化情况,为高血压的早期干预提供依据。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,比较安徽师范大学1227名教职工2004-2014年间血压水平及高血压检出率变化情况。结果与2004年的基线资料相比,2014年血压水平及高血压检出率均有上升,其中2004年年龄〈30岁男性平均舒张压水平增幅最大（P〈0.01）,30~〈40岁男性平均收缩压水平增幅最大（P〈0.01）。随年龄增长,高血压总检出率从2004年的19.5%增加到2014年的44.5%。2004年年龄〈30岁男性高血压检出率增幅最大,由2004年的1.4%增加到2014年的23.2%（P〈0.01）,30~〈40岁女性增幅最大,由2004年的1.6%增加到2014年的10.7%（P〈0.05）。10年间,单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）检出率随年龄增加而增加。结论安徽师范大学教职工10年间血压水平和高血压检出率有所上升,年轻男性职工增幅更明显。Objective To investigate the changes of blood pressure levels and detection rate of hypertension in the staff of Anhui Normal University over the past 10 years,and to provide a basis for early intervention of hypertension. Methods A retrospective cohort method was used to evaluate the blood pressure levels and detection rate of hypertension in 1227 staff of Anhui Normal University between 2004 and 2014. Results Compared to the baseline data in 2004,the average blood pressure levels and detection rate of hypertension were increased in 2014. The average diastolic blood pressure（DBP）increased the most in males aged〈30years and the average systolic blood pressure increased the most in males aged 30-〈40years（P〈0.01）. The detection rate of hypertension was increased with age,from 19.5%in 2004 to 44.5%in 2014. The detection rate of hypertension increased the most in males aged 〈30years（from 1.4%in 2004 to 23.2%in 2014,P〈0.01）,while which increased the most in females aged30-〈40years（from 1.6%in 2004 to 10.7%in 2014,P〈0.05）. The detection rate of isolated systolic hypertension increased with age during the past 10 years. Conclusion The blood pressure levels and prevalence of hypertension in the staffs of Anhui Normal University were on the rise during the past 10 years,and which were more obviously in young males.
