摘 要:采用干混法制备了Cu(Ⅰ)-分子筛吸附剂,利用XRD和SEM考察Cu(Ⅰ)在吸附剂表面的分散情况,并对吸附剂吸附条件和解析条件和CO吸附分离性能进行考察。结果表明,Cu Cl呈原子状态分散于分子筛载体孔道内;在吸附温度60℃、吸附压力700 k Pa、解吸温度80℃、解吸压力20 k Pa和解吸时间2 min条件下,吸附剂的穿透吸附量达37.5 m L·g^(-1),解吸量为8.5 m L·g^(-1)。在对CO、CH_4、H_2和N_2混合气进行分离以及增加置换工序的情况下,可将体积分数27%的CO提浓至99.5%,该吸附剂满足工业应用要求。Cu( I )-molecular sieve adsorbent was prepared by dry mixing method. The dispersion of Cu ( I ) on the surface of the adsorbent was investigated by the characterization techniques of SEM and XRD. The adsorption conditions, the desorption conditions, the adsorption and separation performance of carbon monoxide were also investigated. The results showed that cuprous chloride in atomic form dispersed in the porous channel of the molecular sieve carrier. Under the condition of adsorption temperature 60 ℃, adsorption pressure 700 kPa, desorption temperature 80℃, desorption pressure 20 kPa and desorption time 2 min, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent reached 37.5 mL·g^-1 and the desorption amount was 8.5 mL· g^-l. For the separation of carbon monoxide from gas mixture of methane, nitrogen and hydrogen,the adsorbent could increased the concentration of carbon monoxide from 27vo1% to 99.5vo1% by adding the replacement orocess.which could meet the requirements of industrial application.
