摘 要:健康成年雌性新西兰大白兔24只,随机选择一侧膝关节以异体半腱肌腱和自体半腱肌腱混编后重建前交叉韧带作为实验组,另一侧膝关节以异体半腱肌腱折叠双股重建前交叉韧带作为对照组。术后3、6、10周观察两组兔重建的前交叉韧带组织学改变(n=3),并行生物力学检测(n=5)。结果显示,与兔同种异体肌腱重建前交叉韧带比较,自体同种异体肌腱联合应用可加快移植物成熟速度,增加移植物强度,缩短腱骨成骨时间,提高愈合强度。Twenty-four healthy female adult New Zealand white rabbits,One-side knee joint reconstructed with autogenous-allogeneic tendon were selected randomly as the test,and the other joint reconstructed with autogenous tendon folded double were served as the control at the same time. 3,6 and 10 weeks after operation,the histologic examination of ACL( n = 3) and the biomechanical test( n = 5) were conducted. Compared with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in rabbits using autogenous tendon,the use of autogenous tendon combined with allogeneic tendon may promote graft maturation rate and the strength of graft,shorten the time of osteogenesis between the tendon graft and the bone tunnel,improve healing strength.
