水溶性荧光碳量子点的制备及其Cu^(2+)传感性能研究

摘  要:以腐殖酸为碳源制备水溶性碳量子点,并将其应用于Cu^(2+)的检测,研究其传感性能。结果表明,该水溶性荧光碳量子点的平均粒径在3nm左右,具有优异的光致发光性能,对Cu^(2+)具有较高的选择性;在Cu^(2+)浓度为20μmol·L^(-1)时,碳量子点对其响应时间为12s,且在0~20μmol·L^(-1)浓度范围内,碳量子点荧光强度的对数值与Cu^(2+)浓度具有较好的线性相关性。为水溶性荧光碳量子点检测Cu^(2+)提供了可能。Water-soluble fluorescent carbon dots were prepared by using humic acid as a carbon source. To study their sensing performance,the carbon dots were applied to the detection of Cu2+. Results indicated that, the carbon dots had an excellent photoluminescence property,the average particle size was about 3 nm,and they exhibited a high selectivity to Cu2+. The response time was 12 s as the concentration of Cu2+ was 20 μmol·L 1. At the same time,it showed a good linear correlation between the logarithm value of fluorescent intensity of carbon dots and the concentration of Cu2+ as the concentration of Cu2+ was from 0μmol·L-1 to 20 μmol·L-1. This study provides a potential for the detection of Cu2+ by water-soluble fluorescent carbon dots.
