摘  要:针对王河煤矿10903工作面在开采过程中引起地表下沉问题,用RFPA2D软件对不同弹性模量充填材料下的充填开采和全部垮落开采进行数值模拟,模拟了全部垮落法开采时岩层破坏和裂隙分布情况,全部垮落法随工作面推进关键层及地表下沉情况;不同弹性模量充填材料下的充填开采随工作面推进关键层及地表下沉情况.结果表明:全部垮落法开采会引起地表的塌陷,而充填法能有效控制关键层弯曲下沉量和地表沉陷.充填体弹性模量从1 GPa增加到5 GPa时,工作面前方垂直应力集中程度逐渐降低,关键层下沉量逐渐减小,最大下沉量从510 mm减小至285 mm.最后通过地表沉陷观测验证了充填材料配比和数值模拟计算的合理性.According to the surface subsidence problem caused by 10903 workingfaee of Wanghe coal mine during mining, using program of RFPA20, the different elastic modulus filling material of backfill mining and all collapse mining were made. It obtained distribution of rupture and frature in caving mining, subsidence curve of the key layer and subsidence curve of surface r in caving mining face advancing. It obtained subsidence curve of the key layer and subsidence curve of surface r in filling mining face advancing of the different elastic modulus filling material of backfill mining.The results show that all collapse mining method cause surface subsidence, but backfill mining method control the key layer bending sinkage and surface subsidence effectively. When the elastic modulus of backfill increase from 1 GPa to 5 GPa, the vertical stress concentration degree in front of the working face decrease gradually, the key layer subsidence also decrease gradually and the maximum sinkage of the key layer reduced from 510 mm to 285 mm. Finally, through the subsidence observation, it is concluded that the proportioning of filling materials and numerical calculation are reasonable.
