摘  要:以冲击能、冲击频率为设计目标,基于三段分析法设计并计算冲击活塞的结构尺寸、运动参数;依据应力波法,搭建冲击性能测试系统,通过现场测试获得冲击频率,并通过能量计算公式获得冲击能,两者的实测值与设计值基本一致,这为套阀型液压凿岩机的冲击机构结构设计提供了理论指导.The structure sizes and motion parameters of impact piston were designed and computed based on the three-stage analysis. Impact energy and impact frequency were regarded as the design goals. According to the stress wave method, impact performance test system was established, impact frequency was obtained through the field test data. Impact energy was achieved by the energy calculation formula. The measured values and the design values of impact frequency and impact energy were the basically same. The researches provide theoretical guidance for impact mechanism structural design of sleeve valve type hydraulic rock drill.
