摘 要:钎焊温度是影响ITER装置中W/Cu Cr Zr合金接头性能的重要因素。采用甩带技术制备了成分为Cu_(47)Ti_(33)Zr_(11)Ni_8Si_1(at%)的宽10 mm、厚80μm的均匀连续非晶合金箔带,将其作为新钎料应用于W/CuCrZr合金的钎焊连接中;运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计测试了不同钎焊温度下W/CuCrZr合金钎焊接头的组织形貌、物相组成与显微硬度,揭示了钎焊温度对相关钎焊接头性能的影响。结果表明:钎焊温度为900℃时,获得的钎焊接头界面接合良好、对母材影响小且钎缝具有较高的硬度。Brazing temperature plays a key role in the formation of tungsten/CuCrZr alloy joints in the ITER equipment. In the present paper, continuous and uniform Cu47Ti33Zr11Ni8Si1(at%) amorphous ribbons with dimensional sizes of 10 mm in width and 80 μm in thickness were prepared by a melt-spinning method, and the application of the amorphous foil as a brazing filler for the joint of tungsten and CuCrZr alloy in the ITER equipment were investigated. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the joints obtained at different brazing temperatures were examined by the combination of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and microhardness indentation techniques. Comparison of the microstructures and mechanical properties of the joints indicates that high quality interface bonding can be realized at an optimal brazing temperature of 900 °C, and the joint zone thus formed is microcrack-free and the heat affected zone is fine-grained, exhibiting the highest microhardness; the application of the amorphous foil as a new brazing filler can reduce the temperature for the joint of tungsten and CuCrZr alloy effectively.
