摘　　要：社会主义民主需要实行代议制和选举制,并实行法治,这是对西方自由主义民主的批判性继承。同时社会主义民主是区别于西方精英民主的人民民主。为此,必须处理好领袖、政党、阶级、群众的关系。社会主义民主是由共产党领导的民主政治,而且在很大程度上是由党的领袖集团来实施领导的,而不是全体无产阶级和劳动群众直接当家作主,从而把无产阶级民主转化为无产阶级政党领导下的社会主义民主,并在一定程度上消解了民主和参与的内在张力。也正因为如此,为了确保社会主义民主不被扭曲,就必须加强党内民主和党内监督,并以党内民主带动人民民主的发展。在正确把握社会主义民主政治的内涵和属性的基础上,必须坚定不移地推进我国民主政治建设,形成一套更加成熟更加定型的制度体系,以显示社会主义民主的巨大优越性。It is critical inheritance of the western liberal democracy for the socialist democracy to carry out representation and election systems and implement rule of law. Meanwhile, socialist democracy, as the people＇s democracy, is different from the elitist liberal democracy in the west. Hence, the relationship among the leaders, the party, the class and the mass must be well tendered. Socialist democracy is the democracy under the leadership of the Communist Party, rather than the direct rule of the proletariat and the mass, thus transforms the proletariat democracy to the socialist democracy under the leadership of the proletariat party in order to resolve the tension between democracy and participation. To avoid distortion of socialist democracy, it is essential to reinforce the inner- party democracy and checks, by which to develop the people＇s democracy. On the basis of accurately grasp then connotation and nature of socialist democratic politics, we must firmly carry forward democracy based on understanding the notion and nature of socialist democracy, so as to form mature and stable institutions, and display the superiority of socialist democracy.
